Who we are
The Eastham Home Guard (‘the Club’, ’we’, ‘us’) is a members club who provide services to our members and their guests, as well as other members of the public who have been invited to use our facilities as guests of the Club, and for the purposes of this policy are the data controller of any personally identifiable information provided to us.

We may process personal and or special category data concerning you in our manual and computerised filing systems internally and, if reasonably necessary, externally, for us to comply with statutory requirements, meet our legitimate interests, properly conduct our business, comply with any other legal or similar requirements.

We will share only the necessary data about you with third parties assisting us in providing our services to you, such as handling card payments or communicating with you. In some circumstances, where you input data, we will not share without your permission.
